Our company processes only the customer’s name, surname, email address, phone number, and reservation details
for reservation transactions made through bookify.com.tr.
These data are processed solely for the purpose of completing the hotel reservation and sharing it with
the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK).

3. Transfer of Personal Data

The collected personal data is shared only with the relevant hotel and TÜRKAK.
Our company does not share this data with third parties and deletes it after the transaction is completed.

4. Data Retention Period

After the reservation process is completed, customer information is deleted from the company records
and is not retained.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Owner

Under KVKK, customers have the following rights:

• To inquire whether their personal data has been processed,
• To request information regarding the processed data,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• To request correction of incorrectly or incompletely processed data,
• To request the deletion or destruction of processed data.
