DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into under the following terms between ART MENTAL AKADEMİ ORGANİZASYON SAĞ. TUR. A.Ş

Email: [email protected]) ("Seller") and the individual or entity ("Buyer") purchasing services
through the bookify.com.tr website ("Platform").

2. Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding hotel, event,
and meeting organization reservations made by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, bookify.com.tr.

3. Definitions

• Buyer (Customer): The individual or entity purchasing services through bookify.com.tr.
• Seller (Company): ART MENTAL AKADEMİ ORGANİZASYON SAĞ. TUR. A.Ş.
• Service: Hotel and organization reservations offered through bookify.com.tr.
• Platform: The bookify.com.tr website.

4. Formation of the Agreement

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Agreement upon making a reservation through the Platform.
The Agreement comes into effect when the Buyer electronically approves it.

5. Service Fee and Payment Terms

The Buyer may pay the reservation fee in full or in installments using one of the payment methods specified on the Platform.

6. Service Delivery

The Buyer will receive the details and confirmation of their reservation via email.
The service delivery date is determined based on the date and time selected by the Buyer.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Terms

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for services purchased under this Agreement.
There is no right to cancellation or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Seller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of reservations but cannot be held liable
  for any issues arising from the services provided by the hotel or event organization company.
• The Buyer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided during the reservation process.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Effective Date

This Agreement comes into effect on the date the Buyer electronically approves it and becomes binding on the parties.
